At Whack Bark, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident every time you place an order. Because all items are made to order or shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, our return policy is structured a bit differently than traditional retail.

We accept return or replacement requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free of wear, damage, or alterations

  • Returned in original packaging (when applicable)

โŒ Items Not Eligible for Return

Because many of our products are print-on-demand or custom fulfilled, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyerโ€™s remorse or incorrect size selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items marked as final sale

That said, if something arrives damaged or defective, weโ€™ve got you covered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, weโ€™ll happily arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
