At Whack Bark, we believe in playing through, including shipping timelines. Because all of our products are made to order or shipped directly from trusted manufacturing partners, shipping times may vary slightly by item.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Print-on-demand items (such as apparel and accessories) are produced after your order is placed.

  • Dropshipped items are fulfilled directly by our manufacturing partners.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a tracking email once your item ships.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier:

  • Print-on-Demand Apparel & Accessories:
    Typically arrive 7-14 business days after processing.

  • Dropshipped Golf Gear & Accessories:
    Typically arrive 7-15 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and delivery location.

  • Some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items due to carrier restrictions.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Whack Bark is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Customs or logistical issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
